How to get PictBridge certified logo

Preparation before requesting the logo certification

*Agreement for CIPA DC-001-2003
*Purchase the test suite
*Complete the self test
*Agreement for Trademark Master License Agreement

Step 1: Purchase a test tool and conduct a self-test

Step 2: Conclude a logo license agreement and Register an agreement No.

Step 3: Make a reservation for a logo certification

Fill in the information on "Registration" page. ("Schedule" page shows the availability.) Upload the files. (Confirm.txt, LogA, LogB) The page will show the Application ID once the reservation is completed. In addition, a registration form data and Application ID will be emailed to customers.

Step 4: Confirm the verification date, Declaration of Vendor, NDA

After the registration is accepted, the application form will be sent via Email. Customers will confirm the verification date and declaration on this form. NDA between customers and Allion have to be completed in this stage.

Step 5: Payment

The payment process should be completed before the reserved log verification day.

Step 6: Run the verification

Test log verification will be started on the reserved date. Standard schedule is 3 working days.

Step 7: Notification is issued by Allion

Allion will issue the notification of logo certification (pdf) if there is no problem in the verification. Starting from this date, customers are able to use PictBridge Logo officially.

Step 8: Certification is issued by CIPA

PictBridge Logo Certificate will be issued by CIPA after the product released date. Listing the product on PictBrige Certified Model Listing can be decided by customer.
