Cisco Compatible Extensions

Allion is an approved lab to perform the Cisco® Compatible Extensions Program. The Cisco Compatible Extensions program ensures the availability of devices that are interoperable with a Cisco WLAN infrastructure and able to take advantage of Cisco innovations for enhanced security, mobility, quality of service, and network management.

 

About Cisco Compatible Extensions Program

With the Cisco Compatible Extensions program, WLAN client suppliers (the program's participants) license Cisco WLAN technology innovations in a specification, at no charge. Participants implement all elements of the specification and undergo extensive testing at an independent third-party test laboratory (Allion). The testing helps to ensure support for innovative features pioneered by Cisco, as well as interoperability with Cisco WLAN infrastructure products.

Service Coverage

Allion provides an integrated test solution in conformance to the test criteria defined by the Cisco Compatible Extensions test plan. Our independent test report is able to deliver verification for the quality of your Cisco Compatible Extensions products.
