Hardware Test

Throughout hardware product development stages, multiple types of tests are required to assess and evaluate the performance and compatibility level of a product. Allion provides product manufacturers and corporations with in-depth product analysis and evaluation for production quality control and product development. Our unique and customized testing plans help to determine if a product will work properly in its intended environment. Allion works closely with clients to develop, manage and administer customized testing and certification programs, ensuring that you and your marketing partners are in sync with performance standards.

Performance Test

Performance Testing covers a broad range of engineering or functional evaluations which normally are not specified in the product specification that is released to the consumer. Emphasis is on the measurable performance characteristics and Allion's performance test can extend into aspects of the quality of products, including reliability and replication during high output production.

Antenna Performance

Basic Function Test

Functionality testing, more commonly known as bug testing or acceptance testing, is characterized by a methodical and thorough examination of a product's functions in an attempt to ferret out any potential errors or inconsistencies. Each primary function described in the product spec will be observed to assure its operation is consistent with its designed purpose.

BIOS Test

If your product is PC related, Allion's unique test methodology is able to verify the firmware configuration and the specification of your BIOS during the RD engineering stage.

Mechanical Test

Allion's mechanical testing capabilities include measurements of materials and structures in solids and on surfaces, such as Extremism Test, Data Sheet Conformance and Destructive Test.

Temp. & Humidity Chamber

Reliability Test

The most well known aspect of reliability testing involves the measurement of the time to complete a specific workload or the speed of the product. Client products will be tested in different environments and conditions, such as Compression Test, Shock Test, Vibration Test, Dye Staining after Shock Test, Thermal Test, Temperature and Humidity Test, HALT Testing, Exterior Enclosure Cosmetic and Durability Requirements.
