SATA-IO Interoperability Program

Allion is one of the first official Serial ATA standard test labs authorized by SATA-IO. Allion has supported various SATA plug-fests, workshops and promoted the Serial ATA standard compliance program since 2004. Products that pass the SATA Interoperability Program are rewarded with a listing on the SATA-IO “Integrators List” to show compatibility and quality to customers. Now you can have testing services in conformance to workshops in Allion without waiting or traveling.

 

What is SATA-IO ?

Serial ATA is the next-generation of internal storage interconnection, designed to replace Ultra ATA technology. It is the proactive evolution of the ATA interface from parallel bus to serial bus architecture with some technical improvements, such as faster transmission speed, easier integration and installation, improvement system airflow and enhanced data protection.
