Project Management

Allion has assembled and trained teams of top level test engineers, along with concomitant project managers who oversee each testing project. A senior technical manager supervises respective projects and client communication procedures to ensure that there is regular and prompt correspondence and progress reports.

At the beginning of testing Allion and the client will agree on the specific testing methodology, timing and other contractual details for the specific project. Bilingual project managers are able to communicate with clients in English, Chinese or Japanese, according to the client’s language of choice. The project manager follows an ongoing process of communicating with the client several times a week throughout the project and all results, configurations and problems will be confidentially recorded.

 

Detailed Scenario Report

Allion will prepare an overall summary report for clients upon the completion of the first test cycle. We utilize a three stage review process throughout testing. The test engineer conducts the tests while the project manager and technical manager will each perform a review of the test data. Allion considers quality assurance a crucial step in testing and is committed to following strict internal quality assurance procedures to provide clients with expedient and reliable results.

 

 

Allion eService- Online Project Database Access

"Allion e-Service System" is the collaborative service platform which provides Allion clients with a better real-time testing services promoting high efficiency, superior quality and manageability. All test results, problem reports, final reports and reference files are reviewed and approved by the testing lead and project manager before the data is submitted to the project eService database, all of which is under the strictest security control.

 

 

DUT Storage Management

To protect product confidentiality, all client products and devices (DUT - Device under Test) will be catalogued and tracked utilizing an affixed Allion standard barcode label. The DUT will be kept in an access controlled storage room and managed by the Allion DUT Management System. The DUT can be searched for by arrival date, company name as well as the current location in the process flow.
