Allion Gold Standard Test

CEC Compatibility Test

The CEC compatibility test program helps to verify whether a sink product is compatible with a variety of CEC applicable source products, such as HD-DVD players, Blue-Ray players, Handycams, HDD-Recorders, Notebook and AV amplifiers.

Video Performance Test

This test is conducted utilizing a variety of test equipment to evaluate the capability of video performance. A common platform and configuration is used to verify the quality of video interface and to compare the device's performance with other leading brands.

Compatibility with Source Devices Test

To reduce the causes of compatibility problems, Allion performs a series of tests to verify whether the display devices are compatible with a variety of source devices.

Functionality Test

To avoid any potential error and inconsistency, a series of tests are conducted to examine whether the product function and user experience are in conformance with the product specifications.

TV Signal Test

Allion has a centralized signal generating system to offer TV manufacturers an in-house signal simulation test. This system is able to generate TV broadcasting signals from all over the world, Analog patterns and Digital video streams can be used to simulate if the product can function smoothly in specific environments. Worldwide signal categories, such as NTSC, ISDB- ISDB-T/ISDB-C, PAL B/G, PAL D/K, PAL M/N, ATSC SCTE,DVB-T, DVB-C and DTTB, can be tested in Allion's TV testing laboratory. See detail information.
