As a leading product validation and consulting engineering services company, Allion Japan Inc. (Allion Japan) has officially launched its new Continua Showcase service as of September 2015. Allion Japan offers this new service to interested parties who wish to interact directly with Continua devices. This service provides hands-on access to various Continua products, primarily Japanese healthcare devices, which can be useful for initial market research.
Allion Japan has a good working relationship with the Continua Japan working group. For example, we continuously gather Continua devices on the Japanese market in cooperation with this working group. Allion Japan also offers a “match-making service”, wherein we act as an intermediary between your company and other device developers (or service providers). In this capacity, Allion Japan can assist your company to obtain product details or make a product purchase.

• Continua Showcase Service
This service allows interested parties to directly touch and operate Continua devices, onsite at Allion Japan. Please note that this service does not include interoperability, pre-certification, or other testing.
Continua Showcase devices on-display, include:
• PCH Agent devices (e.g. thermometer, blood-pressure cuff, pedometer, weight scale, fitness equipment, …)
• PCH Manager devices (e.g. laptop, desktop, smartphone, tablet, Bluetooth® dongle, …)
This service is available by reservation only from Monday to Friday between 10:30 – 18:00
(National Holidays excluded).
• Match-Making Service
If you need more details or wish to make a product purchase, Allion Japan acts as an intermediary between your company and other device developers (or service providers).
• Validation Service (Separate Fee)
Allion Japan is an accredited Continua Test Lab that is authorized to provide test certification programs and other validation services for personal connected healthcare devices. Our expert staff can propose customized validation plans for your products.
• Consulting Support (Separate Fee)
Allion Japan employs a Continua Certification Expert (CCE) to support the testing and certification of Continua personal connected health technologies. Our CCE offers technical consulting support.
