As the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) has continued to spread, some confirmed cases are found among people working in the IT industry.

To protect our employees and customers, Allion must take necessary precautions to provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment. Thus, Allion has activated the “Remote Debugging Service” and it will be effective on April 1, 2020.

Through online meetings and web conferencing, we will keep helping customers solve testing issues and assist in debugging. Allion engineers will carry out tests in our labs but report the progress online. All types of validation will be completed without asking customers to come over.

Allion has now taken actions to prepare for the “Remote Debugging Service.” Our sales and PM teams will inform you of our policies with further details.
