  • Increased flexibility: Set your Publication Date up to 180 days after completing the Bluetooth Qualification Process—double the current 90-day limit

  • Expanded corrections support: Design corrections will now be available for both Design Numbers (DNs) and Qualified Design IDs (QDIDs) in Qualification Workspace

  • More intuitive consistency check: The tool will automatically ignore invalid Implementation Conformance Statement (ICS) inconsistencies when the corresponding ICS doesn’t exist, eliminating the need for a Test Coverage Waiver (TCW)

  • TBT4: USB4® electrical TX/RX – 15 ports per OEM
  • TBT5: USB4® TX/RX + USB4V2 TX/RX – Unlimited

* Customers need to finish cert activities on mobile ARL/LNL platforms by June 30, 2025
* Subsidy applies to one round of final certification

● USB-IF is adding a D3 power capabilities support check that will be required for all USB 3.2 and USB4 host certifications it will begin as an informational-only test before September 1st 2025.

● At the beginning of Q3 (September 1st 2025) this check will become mandatory for USB-IF certification of all USB 3.2 and USB4 hosts. However, the USB-IF will consider grace period waiver requests following our standard policy following the implementation of this requirement.

Wi-Fi|Jun.

● Wi-Fi CERTIFIED EasyMesh Test Plan v6.1

  • Onboarding of MLO and Early AP Capability Report mandatory for Controller (test cases 5.4.4 and 5.4.5)

● Wi-Fi for Matter

  • This certification requires the following prerequisites:
    • Wi‑Fi CERTIFIED 6
    • WPA3-Personal
    • Additional features: power saving features
