Allion Japan (Allion Japan Inc.) has been officially authorized by Video Electronic Standard Association (VESA) as the Authorized Test Center (ATC) for DisplayPort Compliance Program. It’s the first DisplayPort ATC in Japan and also Allion’s fourth DP ATC following Allion Taipei, Portland and Shenzhen labs. From now on, Allion has become the largest ATC and been able to provide the complete DisplayPort Compliance Program for all product categories with the most professional certification experience, engineering validation and consulting service.

Allion Japan has also become the DCP, LLC-recognized HDCP Lab for DisplayPort testing.  Allion’s current test coverage of DisplayPort includes the latest DisplayPort Compliance Test 1.2, DisplayPort Branch Devices (DP to VGA, DP to HDMI and DP to DVI) and two new-enabled features of High Bite Rate 2 (HBR2) and Multi-Stream Transport (MST).

VESA and Allion, not to mention all the DisplayPort adopters in Japan, are all very excited about this development.
